How do I go about updating my password?

We want to link you with top professionals, but their time and skills are not free. Our services are intended to be more economical than in-person consultations.

Can I use ClicktoQuery without sharing my real name?

Yes, you can use a nickname to maintain privacy. Avoid using personal information in your nickname. If you want to erase any personal information, please get in touch with our Customer Care at help@clicktoquery.com

How can I ask a question?

Log in to your account, select "Go to Chat," type your question, and then wait for an expert to respond. You may ask follow-up questions and offer additional information as necessary.

Can I edit my question or reply?

While you cannot change your questions, you can provide additional information by responding to the expert in the discussion.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

Yes, you may ask as many follow-up inquiries as necessary until your problem is fixed. Can I send photos or files to an expert? Yes, you can attach files up to 5 MB in the chat by pressing the paperclip button.

I can’t sign in. What should I do? Check your username and password. If you forget your password, click the "Forgot password?" link to reset it. Make sure cookies are enabled and consider adding ClicktoQuery to your browser's

I forgot my password. How should I retrieve it?

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Log In page, and enter your email address, and then follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

I forgot my ClicktoQuery username. Can you help me?

Your ClicktoQuery username is identical to your email address. If you're still facing login issues feel free to reach out to us via email or give us a call. I'm getting a message saying that my email address is already registered with ClicktoQuery.

What does this exactly mean?

It indicates that an account with that email already exists. You can choose a different email id to register or try signing with the same email address.

How do I change my email address?

I want to delete my account. How can I do that?

How can I check my membership status?

How often will I be charged for the ClicktoQuery subscription?

You will be charged once every 28 days until you cancel your subscription.

I'm being asked to pay. Why?

You may be required to pay if you have not purchased a subscription, are not logged in, or your payment has failed. Contact Customer Service for additional information.

Why don’t you provide free services at ClicktoQuery?

We provide professional consultations that require payment. Payments received are paid to the experts and maintain our platform. Nevertheless, our services are priced lower than face-to-face consultations.

My payment was declined. Why?

There could be many reasons such as wrong card information provided by you, or you may be using expired cards. Also, insufficient cash and security holds could be causing the problem too! If you keep facing this issue again. It would be wise to reach out to your card provider OR get in touch with our Billing Support team, for assistance.

I can’t recognize your company on my credit card statement. Who are you?

ClicktoQuery is a service that offers personalized professional consultations. For further details about your payment, please get in touch with our Billing Support team.

I want to request a refund. How can I do that?
